    13.01.09

    First week

    1st week is OVER.
    Well not exactly, but for me its pretty much over.
    I have no lessons tomorrow, YET.
    Tutorials havent started and i actually have tutorials on fridays.
    As such i still intend to head to school to meet Aaron to catch up some of our already lost work.
    Yes i know its amazing that within the 2nd lecture I can get lost.

    The day actually started off better than it kinda "ended"( hasnt really ended )
    It started off with me trying to fix the cheap spoilt holga i bought online.
    It cost me 15 bucks though, about 50 bucks cheaper than if i bought it first hand.

    He told me the flash was busted, and busted it was.
    Well, until i dismantled and took apart the holga.

    It looked like it was easy to take apart, but as it turns out,
    I should have done my homework beforehand.
    Despite it being a simple contraption, I was unable to open it up without aid from the online community.
    In the end, it took me about an hour plus to strip it and check out the whole camera.
    Even took out the shutter mechanism ( that was the problem ).

    To cut the long story short, with just a tiny push of a metal spring, the flash was fixed.
    Haha and now i have myself a Holga that cost me only 15 bucks!
    Now all thats left, is for me to figure out a design for the camera, since i bought it to mod it.
    Suggestions anyone?

    ( Yes, I actually mixed up my lecture timing )
    Unfortunately I got lost shortly after the lecturer started even though i attended it on time!
    Hence i will have to go to school tomorrow to try and read up on it.
    That is the life of a not so talented engin student ( me ).

    There are prolly other people to thank, but these are the 3 freshest in my mind for now.

    Well i better start preparing for tutorial bidding, another barrage of balloting wars coming up.
