    Of Candles and wishes

    Attended a birthday party yesterday night and something really weird came to my mind man.
    Why is it whenever we blow out the candles everybody claps? Its almost mechanical.
    I mean like are we clapping that the person can blow candles out?
    Or maybe blowing out the candles is significant in that it means we have"officially" turned whatever age we turned. Hmm...

    I went to take a look online but couldnt find an answer.
    But i did find out something. Apparently, if you dont blow out all your candles, Your wish wont come true.

    Lol that makes loads of candles of mine that were not blown out since almost all havent come true..
    Well, all save one - that my grandma would come to know Christ.
    For that I am glad.
