    Natsu Masuri and AHM

    Wow i had quite a whirl this weekend. Started off with a LONG saturday.     As usual, I really meant to get work done BUT unfortunately... I got about as much work done as i did all june.
    I.e NONE.
    To make matters worse, it was RAINING. Nonetheless, i collected the LUCKY film with jem for everyone one who ordered it. I personally liked what i saw when jems shots came out( a big part had to do with the camera man), thats why i wanted to get it and it was really cheap film. 2.50 for 1 roll. Hardly see that here.

    After that i went to funan to collect some stuff, after that jem and i went camera hospital to fix his Flash. Steven was REALLY nice to give jem his own old flash. After that, we walked ALL the way back to SLS, orient photo where jem got some inserts for his bag. All in all, a very productive afternoon.

    Finally after all that, we left for expo and met up with the rest.
    Took a free shuttle bus there and jemy did something really funny !! He got onto the bus and tapped his Ez-link card, resulting in a loud BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP !! haha it was so normal to tap the card that even i myself reached into my pocket! Thanks jem for the warning.
    haha!     Reached the jap school. Natsu masuri already started we and met up with karen and we began our trip there!
    Basically i had a nice time eating and dancing with the people there.
    It was pretty much a mass dance in a circle. Really fun even though i didnt know the moves!We all just learned them on the spot. I even had a chance to meet up with Hui Ee, havent seen her for so long!     Oh of course i had a nice Asahi Biru there. Wish it was Extra dry though.This one wasnt as crispy as i hoped for.

    Wanted to buy lots of food but they were SOLD OUT !!

    Maybe i should ask for a job there next time.
    Maybe she could get me one.

    Finally reached home and slept by one. Only to wake up at 5.45 to go for the army half marathon.... I really needed sleep, but i pulled myself up and headed out with my family since we all signed up to run together.

    During the AHM i suddenly felt this irritation inside me. I couldnt pin-point exactly what about it that i couldnt stand but when i saw SO many army personell gathered, i felt really really really irritated. I even saw my ex-company and the same group of Pes-C people that didnt take part last year. Needless to say they didnt take part this year. But for some reason i was felt so angsty. Maybe it was cause the army has pretty much taken away so many of my friends?

    Heres the sitch, finish army thinking i could go back to civilisation and friends, only to find that my social circle just pretty much went into army. Ok save the ladies, but for the guys ... they are pretty much all in there. Im not saying i had a completely shit time in army. I met great people and slogged with them in army for 2 years. But when i see my friends (I believe they have made some great friends there too), I still cant help feeling angry with the system.
    I mean Im OUTSIDE and they are INSIDE.
    Darn you NS. Darn you.

    Anyway had a decent run with my bro, but i have totalled legs now man .. haha its aching and needs some stretching.. Also I think everytime i run long distances i better have my knee guards on.. im pretty much out of action for at least 3 days. Hopefully Muay thai in school wont be too hard during the welcome tea tomorrow. Anyway i seriously needa buck up on studies. Ive been playing too hard that im negelecting my work, even jap.
    Sigh. Gambatte Daniel. Gambatte.

    Oh and thanks Mg for fighting to get the tickets. Taihendesu neh.
